No pedimos contraseña.
2. Qué NO recopilamos
4. Compartir información
No vendemos tu información a nadie.
a tus contactos.
5. Conservación de datos
Cuenta (correo, apodo, dispositivos asociados) y
No
accede a cámara, micrófono, ubicación ni contactos.
Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tu cuenta
(correo, apodo y puntos) escribiendo a
support@jhanu.com desde el
correo registrado.
juego.

PUNK CLAM ("the game", "the app") is a multiplayer mobile game developed
by Jhanu. This policy explains what information the game handles, why,
and for how long. We collect the bare minimum needed for the game to
work. Since version 1.6 you can, if you want, register
your email address to save your points; without an email the game works
just the same.
1. Information we collect
Nickname: you choose a nickname to play. It can be
any text; it doesn't have to be your real name. Other players see it
during matches and on the leaderboard.
Email address (optional): only if you use "Save my
points". We send you a 6-digit code to check that the address is yours
and, once you confirm it, we store your email together with your
nickname, the identifiers of the devices that confirmed that email,
and the dates you registered and last signed in. We never ask for a
password.
Anonymous device identifier: the first time you play,
the app generates a random identifier (an opaque text string with no
personal data) that is stored on your phone and used to connect to the
server securely. If you register your email, that identifier is linked
to your account.
Points: you earn points every time your colour
wins an online match (2 as its queen, 1 in her gang). We store your points with your nickname (per device or,
if you registered your email, per account) to show the leaderboard.
Gameplay data: while you play online, the server
processes your position, bites, brews and lives to coordinate the
match in real time. Matches against bots are played on your phone.
Aggregate usage statistics: we count, per day, things
like how many matches were played, how long they lasted, which mazes
and brews were used, how many sessions there were and how many
different devices connected. When you're online, the app also reports
anonymously when a match against bots or the tutorial ends (mode, maze,
length and result). We also count which country
connections come from: the server works out the country from the IP
address with a database it holds itself (the IP is neither sent to
anyone nor stored) and only adds one to that country's total. These
figures are kept as daily totals and do not identify anyone.
Device language: to show you the game, emails and
news in your language (English or Spanish).
Data stored on your device: your nickname, the
anonymous identifier, a temporary session and a few preferences (for
example, whether you've done the tutorial or which news you've already
seen) are stored locally on your phone.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your real name, phone number, location, photos,
passwords, or your contact list. The game shows no ads and uses no
third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. How we use information
To make the game work: to coordinate online matches, to show your
nickname to other players, and to keep your connection to the
server.
Your email is used only to send you verification
codes and to save your points and nickname so you can get them back on
another phone. We will not send you ads or newsletters at that
address, and we never show it to other players.
To show the leaderboard (nickname and points, never your email).
To understand how the game is played (through the aggregate
statistics) and improve it.
To show you game news inside the app.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell information.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Other players see your nickname during matches and,
if you have points, on the leaderboard. They never see your email.
Sending emails: to deliver your code we use an email
delivery service, which receives your address and the message only to
deliver it.
Servers: the game connects to our server, hosted on
cloud services (Amazon Web Services).
Playing with friends: you can share a room code with
whoever you want. You choose who to give it to; the game does not
access your contacts.
Only the Jhanu team can see the list of registered accounts, through
a protected administration page.
5. Data retention
Account (email, nickname, linked devices) and points:
kept while the game remains in service, so you don't lose your points,
or until you ask us to delete them.
Verification codes: expire after 10 minutes, work
only once, and are never stored as text: only an irreversible
fingerprint (a hash), in memory.
Gameplay and session data: temporary, used only while
you play.
Aggregate statistics: kept as daily totals, with no
data that identifies you.
Data on your device: remains there until you clear
the app's data or uninstall it.
6. Device permissions
The game uses Internet (for online matches, your account and news) and
vibration (for haptic feedback during play). It does not access your
camera, microphone, location, or contacts.
7. Children
PUNK CLAM is suitable for a general audience and is not specifically
directed at children under 13. Registering an email is optional: if you
are under 13, don't do it without permission from your parent or
guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you
believe a child gave us their email, contact us and we will delete
it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can play without registering any email.
In the app you can sign out on a phone: it stops
saving points to your account (your points stay in it).
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account
(email, nickname and points) by writing to
support@jhanu.com from the
registered address.
You can delete the game's local data from your phone's settings or by
uninstalling the app.
Depending on your country, you may have other rights over your data
(for example, to object to its use or to ask for a copy); contact us to
exercise them.
9. Security
Connections to the server are encrypted. Verification codes are stored
as an irreversible hash, expire quickly and allow a limited number of tries, and
sending codes is rate-limited to prevent abuse. No system is 100% secure,
but collecting little is our main protection.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves. We will post the current
version on this page with its update date and, if the change is
significant, let you know inside the game.
